Refund and cancellation policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us with the order number. Online payments are refunded to the original method within 5–7 business days.

Unopened products in original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the product was damaged or incorrect.

Opened or used products cannot be returned, as fuel conditioners cannot be resold.

Damaged or incorrect items: email a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace or refund.
